Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the daily human resources activities for the Lexington, NE manufacturing facility(s) while cultivating an environment of Trust, Respect, and Professionalism.
This individual will report to the Director of Human Resources, but will work closely with the Operations Manager at the Delphos Facility, the Director of Manufacturing Operations, Payroll & Benefits Manager, HR Manager and the HR support staffs in Kalida, Delphos and Shell Rock to insure that all programs, processes, policies and procedures are monitored for accuracy, continuity and consistency.
This individual will have direct accountability for addressing and resolving issues relating to employee relations, wage and benefits administration, record & data base management, safety and worker's compensation, and all other matters related to, and affected by compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
This person will manage the HR staff in Nebraska (Currently 1 HR assistant).
